Learn To Make Fall Squash Gnocchi

Join us and learn the tips and tricks to making fantastic home made gnocchi. In this class, make your own fall squash gnocchi (contains egg and dairy), learn different techniques for forming the gnocchi, and how to prepare it at home. Take home what you make with a brown butter-herb sauce. Beverages and snacks will be served during class, and samples of course!
Spanikopita

In this class you will learn how to work with phyllo dough and Chef Lindsay will share her secrets for her favorite spanikopita recipe. You will be taught the traditional triangle folding techniques and a process for baking it in a pan. Take home your beautiful spanikopita to bake and enjoy at home. Fall beverages and light snacks will be served, and spanikopita samples of course!
Hand Made Pasta

In this class you will learn an egg based pasta dough and several hand made shapes. While the pasta dough rests, enjoy a glass of wine while chef Lindsay shows a demo of her favorite pasta sauce and some pasta shaping techniques. After, get to work creating your favorite shapes to take home with a container of freshly made sauce. Fall beverages and light snacks will be served, and samples of course!

Learn your new favorite go-to pastry crust recipe and the techniques required to create a delicious galette using local apples, spices, brown sugar, and some optional ingredients. We will roll out our pastry, make our galette fillings, and assemble our galettes to take home and bake. It makes a fabulous holiday dessert, too! Fall beverages and light snacks will be served.
Focaccia Art: Fall Edition

Join us for an evening of hands-on bread making and decorating. Lean our new and improved quick rise focaccia recipe and then choose from delicious fall veggies, herbs, and garnishes, to create a museum worthy baked good.
We will teach you some focaccia “art” techniques, but encourage you to get creative. Don’t miss out on this tasty and fun-filled experience. Fall beverages and light snacks will be served.

Learn your new favorite go-to pastry crust recipe and the techniques required to create a delicious savory seasonal vegetable tart that is as beautiful as it is delicious! It makes a fantastic holiday side, too!
We will roll out our pastry and blind bake them while planning our tart fillings.
Once our shells are ready, we will assemble these exquisite tarts with fresh assorted vegetables over a chosen base of caramelized onions or herby ricotta (your choice!) to take home and bake. This class INCLUDES a reusable 9 inch fluted tart pan with a removable bottom so you can make this dish again and again! Fall beverages and light snacks will be served.
Holiday Entertaining: Pumpkin Shaped Cheeseball and Homemade Crackers

Talk about an impressive dish to bring to the holidays!!! We will make a good old traditional cheese ball - the traditional American cheese spread app, but with a twist - they will be shaped like pumpkins in honor of the holiday! Customize your flavors based on taste (cheddar-bacon or scallion ranch) and learn the trick to making it cute.
Next, we will whip up some herby crackers to go with your cheesy app. Take both home to wow your holiday guests and start Thanksgiving off right!
