In this class, you will make pierogi dough from scratch and learn how to make delicious potato or cherry pierogi to enjoy or the holidays. Chef Lindsay will teach you some tricks to whipping up the best fillings and a few ways you can put a twist on the traditional. After rolling your dough out, you will make a batch of pierogi to take home with cooking instructions. Samples of the two types of pierogi will be provided.
Each person can make about 2 dozen pierogi from the batch of dough they make - buy a couples ticket to share with a friend! Non alcoholic drinks and lite snacks included. Alcoholic drinks available for purchase with credit card or venmo.

In this class, you will learn how to make dark chocolate ganache and turn it into a box of delicious truffle candies. You will have the choice of enrobing some of your truffles in a chocolate shell, rolling them in a variety of colorful and flavorful toppings, or simply dusting them with cocoa powder for a traditional treat. Choices include holiday sprinkles, assorted crushed nuts, candy cane crumbs, coconut, cookie crumbles, freeze dried berries, and more to create a unique collection of hand made chocolates to gift or enjoy yourself!
Each person will make 18-22 truffles to take and a box and paper candy cups will be provided. Non alcoholic drinks and lite snacks included. Alcoholic drinks available for purchase with credit card or venmo.

Join Chef Lindsay to make your own granola and granola bars with your choice of several ingredients. Learn about the best options for protein, vitamins, healthy fats, and create your own combination to bake and take home. Each person will take home granola and granola bars. Snacks, coffee, OJ, and mimosas served.
saturday january 11, 2025: hand painted challah bread

Join Chef Lindsay to learning a simple Challah bread recipe and braiding techniques for the challah. After braiding, learn how to apply food safe paint to your bread before baking to create a beautiful design that tasted delicious! Take hope a wonderful bread and some new skills. Snacks and beverages served.
Thursday, january 16, 2025: fresh ricotta gnocchi (and fresh ricotta)
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
In this class, we will make fresh ricotta cheese from pasturized whole milk, and then learn to make and shape ricotta gnocchi using our fresh cheese. Tips for making the most pillowy soft gnocchi will be shared as well as Chef Lindsays go-to tomato sauce recipe. Enjoy samples of gnocchi, light snacks, and beverages. Each particpant will take home the gnocchi they make to cook and enjoy at home.
